Using Flora

Flora is a homeschool record-organizing and portfolio-preparation tool. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, reviewing exported work, and following your homeschool provider’s current rules and submission process.

Accounts and access

Keep your sign-in details secure and use only the access assigned to you. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use Flora unlawfully.

Early and founding access

Features offered during prototype or founding access may change as Flora improves. Any purchase terms, capacity limits, access timing, and refund promise shown at checkout at the time of purchase apply to that order.

Your content

You keep responsibility for the photos, notes, links, and records you provide. You confirm that you have the right to use that content. Keep your own backup of important records and exported reports.

No provider guarantee

Flora helps organize information but does not certify compliance, replace professional advice, or guarantee that a provider will accept a portfolio, grade, report, or submission.

Availability

We work to keep Flora available, but uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed. Planned features and timelines may change.
